• You are randomly paired with another user.
• All chats are temporary and stored locally in your browser only.

We do not have access to your live conversation history.

3. Message Storage and Privacy

• Live chat messages are not stored on our servers.
• Only messages that are explicitly reported by users are stored temporarily for review.
• Reported content may include a short portion of the conversation, the time, and a browser/device fingerprint (a unique, anonymized technical identifier used for moderation purposes).
• This data is kept for a limited time and is used solely for moderation and enforcing these Terms.
• We do not log or save chats beyond this.
• We use third-party services (such as ad providers or analytics tools) that may collect data from your browser or device, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and general location, to display relevant ads or analyze site usage.

4. User Conduct

By using the chat, you agree to engage respectfully. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

6. Reporting and Blocking

If someone makes you feel unsafe or violates these terms:

• This will also block them from matching with you again.

Reports are reviewed manually where possible, and we only store the minimal necessary data for moderation.

If you simply want to avoid someone without filing a report:

• Use the Block button to prevent being matched with that user again. This action is private and does not trigger a moderation review.

7. Bans and Enforcement

To protect users, we use browser fingerprinting and other technical tools to detect repeat abuse.

• Bans may be issued with or without prior warning.
• Banned users will not be notified of the ban reason to prevent evasion.
• Attempts to bypass a ban (e.g., using VPNs, incognito mode, or device spoofing) may result in stronger restrictions.

We are not obligated to explain or reverse bans.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

Use this site at your own risk. We are not liable for:

• What your chat partner says or does
• Content shared during a chat session
• Harm, emotional distress, or consequences resulting from a chat
• Technical issues, bugs, or service interruptions
• Any data loss or browser errors on your side

16. Language Disclaimer

These Terms are written in English. In case of discrepancies between translated versions and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

17. Arbitration and Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your use of this website or these Terms, both you and the website owner agree to resolve the matter through binding individual arbitration rather than in court.

You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit. This means any dispute will be resolved individually and not as part of a group or representative action.

We do not display usernames or personal identifiers to other users in the chat interface. Personal identifiers may be visible only in your account settings, which are private and accessible only to you. Account creation is done via OAuth (e.g., Google), and no password is required.

• Account Information: The information you provide will be stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Subscriptions: We offer paid subscription tiers that provide additional features or remove ads. Subscription fees, payment methods, and billing cycles will be specified at the time of purchase. All subscriptions are non-refundable.
• Billing and Payment: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. Payment will be processed through a third-party service, and you are responsible for ensuring your payment details are up to date.

By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on the recurring billing cycle. If any payment is unsuccessful, we may suspend or terminate your subscription until the issue is resolved.

19. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of your billing period.
